Mary Frances Kehoe was born on June 4, 1912 in Davenport, a daughter of Martin T. and Mary (O’Neill) Kehoe.  She was united in marriage to Bill Barloon, founder/owner of the Quad City Credit Bureau, on September 17, 1955 in Davenport.   He preceded her in death in 1959.  Mary Frances later married Paul Callaghan on November 9, 1963 in Davenport.  He preceded her in death in 1976.

Mary Frances was an avid reader, staying up on current events and politics.  She enjoyed traveling, especially with her sister, Ellen.  They’ve made trips all over the United States and Europe, most memorably Ireland.

Mary Frances is survived by her niece, Mary Lou (Harold) Hall, Davenport; step-son, Dr. James (Shirley) Barloon, Overland Park, Kansas; and numerous loving great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, parents, sisters: Neoma Forbes, Ellen Schlueter, Dorothy Jean Bennett, and Agnes Kehoe.  May they rest in peace.  Online remembrances and condolences may be expressed to the family by visiting Mrs. Callaghan’s obituary at
