Isabelle Beinhart, age 79, of Sigourney, died Sunday, July 17, 2011, at the Sigourney Care Center.
Isabelle was born October 27, 1931, in rural Sigourney, to Nick R. and Clara (Mersch) Sieren. She lived in the Clear Creek, Harper and Sigourney communities her entire lifetime. On September 28, 1950, Isabelle married Charles Keith Beinhart at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Clear Creek Township. Isabelle worked as a Certified Nurses Aide at Manor House Care Center in Sigourney from 1984 until 2008. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Sigourney.
Survivors include her husband: Keith; five children: Roger (Molly) Beinhart of Keota, Rhonda Beinhart of Sigourney, Murray (Connie) Beinhart of Bloomfield, Brenda (Chris) Frazier of DeWitt and Marcia Beinhart of Sigourney; 16 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; one sister: Rozella Bayliss of Keota and three brothers: Harvey Sieren of Hedrick, Howard Sieren of Ottumwa and Fremont Sieren of Sigourney. She was preceded in death by her parents; son: Bruce Beinhart; three sisters: Evelyn Weber, Luanna Weber and Luvina Bayliss and three brothers: Forrest Sieren, Clarence Sieren and LeRoy Sieren.
Memorial mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 21, 2011, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Sigourney with Rev. Robert Harness officiating. Burial of cremated remains will be at Holy Trinity Cemeteries – St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Harper. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 20, 2011, at Powell Funeral Home in Sigourney.
