Watching Dwarf African frogs “burbling,” Fiddler Crabs “molting,” and students holding “squirmy” millipedes in their hands (with gloves, of course) are just a few of the sights to be seen in Barb See’s fourth-grade science class this fall.
The class is learning about animal habitats and behaviors via hands-on experiences with the Just Ask science program. The students have assigned days in which they take turns taking care of each of the animals.
