DES MOINES – “Catholics at the Capitol,” a day of prayer and presence with elected officials, will take place Tuesday, Feb. 24. The event is hosted by the four Iowa diocesan councils of Catholic women, with help from the Iowa Catholic Conference. Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Diocese of Des Moines Pastoral Center at Sixth and Grand. The day will include a legislative workshop, Mass, and time for meeting with legislators.
