DAVENPORT — “On behalf of the Congregation of the Humility of Mary, I am pleased to share the results of our recent Representative Assembly, held March 22–24, with elections for the next leadership team held on March 24,” said Sister Johanna Rickl, president of the CHMs.
Sister Marilyn Berger has been elected president; Sister Lynn Mousel, vice president; and Sister Mary Penelope Wink, cabinet member. The three begin their service July 1.
“This election reflects an important transition in our leadership structure, following permission received from Rome last year to move from a five-member president and cabinet to a three-member team,” Sister Rickl said. “I am confident that this new leadership will continue to guide our congregation with wisdom, faith and a deep commitment to our mission.”
