Thank you priests
To the Editor:
I want to thank publicly all the priests in the world and especially in the Diocese of Davenport and locally here in Bettendorf and Davenport for your gift from God of your vocation. You not only stand in for Jesus in the sacrament of penance but most importantly you consecrate bread and wine into the body and blood of Jesus in the celebration of the Mass.
God bless all of our priests, for only you can bring us Jesus, body, and blood, soul and divinity, in the Eucharist.
