To the Editor:
The family of the Muslim soldier who was killed in service to the U.S. has served this country in more ways than one. One, they lost their son. Two, they were publicly abused by a prominent American political figure. Three, they responded to this abuse with dignity and grace. Finally, this family has provided a model of gracious and dignified behavior for us all. They deserve our heartfelt thanks, and to be allowed their privacy and peace. God bless them!
