May I play Catholic Trivia with you and letter writer Teresa Mottet?
Tony Melendez, the armless guitarist who is coming to Iowa on March 6 and 7, also performed at the Bridge View Center in Ottumwa along with John Michael Talbot in the late 1990s. My wife Gert and I and a good friend went to hear Melendez, and we too were aware that he had performed for the pope, which he did in 1987. I am surprised Teresa didn’t remember that as Ottumwa is closer to Fairfield than Oskaloosa.
