Seminarian Michael Warren, right, was admitted to candidacy for the Diocese of Davenport Nov. 5 at Sacred Heart Seminary and School of Theology in Hales Corner, Wis. He was one of six admitted to candidacy at Sacred Heart Seminary. Candidacy is a milestone before diaconal ordination. Auxiliary Bishop Richard Sklba, auxiliary bishop emeritus of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, presided at the all-seminary Mass at which the rite was conducted.
