The Centerville St. Mary Parish junior high youth group, along with their parents and catechists, teamed up with youths from the Centerville Methodist churches to work with Operation Santa Dec. 10. Operation Santa is a local non-profit organization that provides Christmas gifts, coats, blankets and food for a Christmas meal to area residents who otherwise would not be able to provide for their families at Christmas, said JoAnn McLin, parish faith formation and youth coordinator.
