SAU talk on WWI and the Middle East

DAVENPORT — Coinciding with the 100th anniversary of World War I, St. Ambrose University is hosting a panel discussion, “The Peace to End All Peace,” Sept. 24 at noon in the Rogalski Center. The discussion will examine the decisions made during and after the war that led to modern-day conflicts in the Middle East.
The discussion will be facilitated by Ryan Dye, director of the SAU Middle East Institute, director of international education/study abroad and professor of history at St. Ambrose; and George Eaton, SAU adjunct professor of history and Rock Island Arsenal historian.
