BURLINGTON — The second-annual Garrett’s Path 5K Run and Walk will take place Sept. 27 at 9 a.m. in Crapo Park.
Kids 12 years old and under are $15, no shirt option is $15. Registra-tion for ages 13 and over is $35; $25 if registering on or before Sept. 13.
Proceeds will go to the Garrett M. Brockway Foundation to help increase organ donation awareness. In addition, the foundation will strive to make a positive impact on children’s lives through academic scholarships and athletic programs.
Brockway, son of Bruce and Tiffini Hartman Brockway of Burlington, was an altar server at Ss. John & Paul Parish, Burlington prior to his death in 2013 at age 10. He helped saved lives through organ and tissue donation.
