Iowa City — St. Wenceslaus Church will host a 40 Days for Life kick-off rally Sept. 14 from 5-6:30 p.m.
Kendra Burger from Iowa Right to Life will share information on sidewalk counseling and other pro-life issues. Burger is the founder of Simpson College Students for life, which she started during her freshman year in 2011.
Guests at the rally will have the opportunity to learn about the Prayer Vigil, and what they can do to help defend life. They will also have a chance to mingle with other pro-life advocates.
