To the Editor:
To all my family, friends, fellow parishioners, community members, and all those I don’t know personally, I’d like to thank you so much for the support and generosity you’ve shown during my Wheels for Matt fundraiser!
In four short months more than 200 people, ranging in age from 6 to 80, have donated funds in both small and large amounts to help me purchase an adaptive vehicle so that I can regain some of my independence. In a brief four months you have helped me to meet my fundraising goals. The overwhelming support from friends, acquaintances and strangers has been truly humbling.
Romans 1:8 “First, I give thanks to my God through Jesus Christ for all of you.”
