DES MOINES COUNTY – An Introduction to Centering Prayer, based on the method of Father Thomas Keating, will take place at churches in Burlington, Dodgeville and West Burlington during Lent. Ruth Skeens will facilitate.
Centering prayer is a method of silent prayer that prepares people to receive the gift of contemplative prayer and experience God’s presence within them.
