St. Joseph, Marion, IA, a 2100 family parish seeks a full-time Director of Adult Faith Formation. Responsibilities include directing the RCIA process, developing and conducting adult educational opportunities such as faith sharing groups and bible study, assisting with parish catechetical formation events and liturgical catechesis. The Adult Faith Formation Director must be a faithful, practicing Catholic. A BA or MA degree in theology or pastoral ministry and experience in ministry is preferred.
