Bettendorf — St. John Vianney Parish in Bettendorf is hosting a Trivia Night on May 19 in the church activity center to benefit the Youth Group Fire Pit Project. Festivities begin with a spaghetti supper. Dinner and trivia is $15 per person; doors open at 5:30 p.m. with dinner served at 6 p.m. and trivia starting at 7 p.m. Trivia will be played by eight-person teams; participants must be at least 12 years old. Clinton – The Catholic Historical Center at St. Boniface will host a ceremony June 2 at 11 a.m. to recognize the center’s acceptance into the National Register of Historic Places. Located at 2520 Pershing Blvd., the museum contains numerous articles, pictures and memorabilia from the five previous Catholic parishes of Clinton, Mount St. Clare school and Our Lady of Angels school. St. Boniface, built in 1908, also contains the religious records of members of the five former parishes. The center is open Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to noon.
