Very Rev. Anthony J. Herold, VF, relieved of appointment as Dean of the Keokuk Deanery and from present assignment as pastor of SS. John & Paul Parish, Burlington and assigned as pastor St. Paul the Apostle Parish, Davenport.
Rev. Martin G. Goetz, relieved of present assignment as pastor of Holy Trinity Parish, Richmond; St. Mary Parish, Riverside; and St. Joseph Parish, Wellman; and assigned as pastor of SS. John & Paul Parish, Burlington.
