Staff learns to use new Promethean Board

During Fire Prevention Week Oct. 9-15, the fourth- and fifth-graders watched and discussed a PowerPoint Presentation on the newly installed interactive Promethean Board. They learned different fire safety tips, practiced a fire drill and demonstrated how to stop, drop and roll.

On Sept. 26, all of Seton’s staff attended a staff development workshop on how to use the newly installed interactive Promethean Board.  Monte Davis, an Iowa education consultant from Haddock Education Technologies, instructed the teachers on how to use the Promethean Board and suggested websites to aid in its use.
