There is a new book out entitled “Heaven is for Real” by Todd Burpo with Lynn Vincent. It is the story of a little boy’s story of his trip to heaven and back. It is well worth reading.
And so a child shall lead us! Having read the book one must realize that Jesus is in heaven; the little boy sat on his lap and saw that Jesus is real, too.
As Catholics we believe this and we have another belief, too: that Jesus is real in the holy Eucharist that we receive at Mass and also that Jesus is real in the Blessed Sacrament. Is it not time for us to consider visiting Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament? Is it not time to take an hour a week and visit, adore, spend time with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament? Find the place for adoration and pick a time to watch with Jesus. You will not be disappointed.
Remember, if you believe in heaven, you should also believe in hell.
