Building improvements
The elementary building saw improvements this past summer thanks to the dedication of tireless community members who donated time, talent and treasure. Improvements included 85 new energy efficient windows, a new fire alarm system and a full sized outdoor basketball court.
Sixth-grader honored
Sixth-grader Bailey Merschman was recently honored by the Belin-Blank Center for Gifted Education and Talent Development in Iowa City for his exceptional scores in the Belin-Blank Exceptional Student Talent Search. Bailey is the son of Tom and Amy Merschman of Fort Madison.
