The opinion page is my favorite part of The Catholic Messenger.
Of course I don’t always agree with all of the authors (it is the opinions page, after all), but discussing the articles always makes for good conversation and growth.
I am glad you include writers like Father Richard McBrien (whether people agree with him or not!) and I especially like Father Ron Rolheiser’s column. He often inspires me and always gives us something to think about.
The varied opinions represented in the Messenger are a good reminder of the width and breadth of the Catholic Church. There is shelter enough for all of us under its umbrella.
