Bettendorf — Catholics will meet at Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 1:40 p.m. July 5 to pray the rosary and conclude at 3 p.m. with the Divine Mercy Chaplet. Davenport — A half-day silent retreat including two Centering Prayer sessions, a silent break and Lectio Divina will take place from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at the Humility of Mary Center July 11.

Burlington — Notre Dame schools are selling tickets for their 12th annual Pot O’ Blue and Gold Raffle. More than $150,000, including a $100,000 grand prize, will be awarded Aug. 8. Each ticket costs $100. Proceeds will go toward capital improvements, curriculum, faculty support and tuition assistance. To buy a ticket, visit www.notredamefoundation.com. Davenport — Youths at Our Lady of Victory Parish will hold a car-wash fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity June 27. They will wash cars at the West Kimberly Hy-Vee from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and at the East 53rd Hy-Vee from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Donors may pledge money ahead of time through www.carwashforhumanity.org.

East Pleasant Plain — Sylvester and Janet (Strabala) Fritz of Brighton will celebrate their golden wedding anniversary with an open house from 1-3 p.m. Sunday, July 12, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church Parish Hall.

Harper — A fish fry will take place in the Knights of Columbus Hall from 5-8 p.m. July 3.

Hills — St. Joseph Church is hosting a farmers’ market on Fridays from 4-7 p.m. Vendors may call (319) 679-2271 to reserve a space. No fee is required, but donations are appreciated.

Knoxville — St. Anthony’s Heritage Festival and auction will be held June 28 after 10:30 a.m. Mass.

Sugar Creek — Ss. Mary & Joseph Parish will host a lawn social and beef and pork dinner July 12 from 3-8 p.m. at 3218 110th St., Preston. Carryouts are available. Kim and Rose Strait will provide violin music, and the Corn Fed Girls will perform. Games, prizes and a country store also will be featured. Adult tickets cost $6.50 in advance and $7 at the door.
