MUSCATINE — Pro-life photographer Michael Clancy will speak at St. Mathias Church, Gannon Hall, 215 W. Eighth St., on Friday, May 15 at 7 p.m.
Clancy took the well-known photo of a 21-week-old in-utero baby, Samuel, reaching out to touch the finger of the surgeon performing a spina bifida corrective procedure on him. Taking the photo led to Clancy’s involvement in the pro-life movement as a speaker on behalf of the unborn.
His presentation is free and open to the public.
