DAVENPORT — Loras Council No. 532 of the Knights of Columbus invites Catholics to join them for a Memorial Day Mass May 25 at 8:30 a.m. at the Priests’ Circle in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Other councils and priests in Scott County have been invited. Bishop Martin Amos will preside. People are encouraged to bring lawn chairs. The Mass will include a roll call of deceased Knights of Columbus and of priests and deacons who died over the past year.
In case of inclement weather, Mass will be celebrated at St. Paul the Apostle Church at 9 a.m. Notice of such change would be posted at the cemetery entrance at 7 a.m.
