The Wall Street freebies should end. If these people went and robbed a bank here, they would be in jail; instead they get bonuses?
How does this possibly get justified from taxpayer monies when the economy has suffered and taxpayers are losing their homes, jobs, investments and general quality of life due to their negligence and indulgence with no consequences for their actions?
No more giveaways for Wall Street at taxpayers’ expense. Any future plan needs to be implemented fairly for taxpayers, which means no more freebies for Wall Street. If banks made bad investments then their shareholders and executives need to face the consequences before any taxpayer money is put on the line.
