The U.S. bishops have launched an effort to gauge how people understand their baptismal identity. Bishop Dennis Walsh invites lay people of the Davenport Diocese to participate in an anonymous online survey. The results will be shared with parishes. The online survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.

  1. Where are the survey questions? This is the only page I am getting. I already subscribe to the Catholic Messenger.

  2. unable to get to sight. Have been hacked and am leery of giving out any personal information such as name and e- mail address.
