Addressing persecution
To the Editor:
In regards to the letter stating that The Catholic Messenger should focus on the persecution of Jews (5-29-25). What about the persecution inflicted upon the Palestinians by Israel? Most of America, and Catholics, tend to turn their cheek when this happens. Israel always gets a free pass, including from our president. Who’s being the real Christian here?
