Rev. Joseph Sia, while remaining as pastor of St. Mary of the Visitation Church, Ottumwa, St. Patrick Church, Ottumwa, and St. Mary Magdalen Church, Bloomfield, appointed as Dean of the Ottumwa Deanery.
