Another Messenger option is e-edition

The Catholic Messenger offers an electronic replica of our print edition that can be viewed on your computer, laptop or tablet. You can search for articles, zoom in and out, easily jump from one page to the next to read the rest of a story, and print out archived pages, too.
From now through Jan. 31, everyone, even nonsubscribers, can check out the E-Edition for free by visiting www.catholicmessenger.net and click on E-Edition on the right side of the page.
Our current print subscribers can add the E-Edition for free by requesting it through their parish or The Catholic Messenger and by providing an e-mail address and billing address. Current or new subscribers may also choose to receive the E-Edition only — or both paper and e-edition.
Cost is $29 for subscribers in the Diocese of Davenport and $31 for subscribers outside of the diocese.
After you have subscribed through your parish or The Catholic Messenger, you will receive a notice from hamerlinck@davenportdiocese.org with instructions and an email from noreply-enotify@dirxionmail.com to create your password and activate your account.
Please check your spam folder and tell your email program to mark the dirxionmail address as safe. If you have not received that e-mail please look for it or e-mail the Messenger if you have any problems activating your account. Please add noreply-enotify@dirxionmail. com to your address book to prevent emails from going into your spam folder.
If you have any questions please go to the Q and A section of The Catholic Messenger at http://www. catholicmessenger.net/
e-edition/.
After you have opened the E-edition for the first time, click on E-notify, and enter your email address to subscribe to the notification in order to receive a weekly reminder that a new E-Edition is ready to be viewed.
You can also go to our website at www.catholic messenger.net and click on the E-edition button to access the E-edition once you are a paid subscriber.
If you have questions, please contact Nancy Hamerlinck: hamerlinck @davenportdiocese.org or call (563) 323-9959 or toll-free in Iowa: (866) 843-9959.
